Four commissioned and speculative builds, each written up as the decisions it required rather than the features it shipped. Where something was refused, descoped or handed back to the client, it says so, because that is usually the part worth reading.

A récoltant-manipulant in Aÿ selling through four channels held in four places, which is four inventories and therefore none. The project was an unification; the shop was its consequence.

A workshop reviving a lost dyeing trade, raising money on a fixed public date. Two editorial versions, fifteen blocks the client edits herself, and campaign figures read from an API rather than typed in.

Built speculatively, to answer a question rather than to fill an order. They use example data and belong to nobody, which is why they can be shown without asking permission first.
Can a commerce platform also be the membership system and the door? Passes as service products, entitlement on the customer record, and a QR kiosk that resolves access live and writes the check-in back.

Reading a public site before quoting on it. A home page weighing 5.9 MB of which 1.4 MB was one image, an animation library loaded twice at two versions, and a hard-coded exchange rate carrying a TODO beside a live rate endpoint.

Since 2025, engineering at procure.ai: first the agent layer of their commercial procurement platform, then tech lead and platform for their part of Marktplatz Deutschland, the federal procurement programme. These are procure.ai's customers and partners rather than my own clients, which is the honest way to describe work done inside someone else's contract.
